Liberty Rugby Football Club - 2010 U-14 Program

The Liberty Rugby Football Club (LFRC) would like to welcome any U-14 player to our program. No experience is necessary. Our coaching staff is eager to introduce all players to the concepts and skills involved in the sport of rugby.

Our Season

The U-14's will compete in up to 7 matches in Western Washington in this short spring season. LRFC is committed to finding other matches which provide safe competition.

Practices

Practices begin on Tuesday, January 5th from 5pm to 7pm at Liberty High School and continue at Liberty High School for the month of January. Practices will be held at Ron Regis Memorial Park for the remainder of the season, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm - 5pm. Players are encouraged to get registered as soon as possible and can begin practicing as soon as school commitments allow. League matches will begin early February and the club is working to arrange other exhibition matches for those who are interested.

From I-405 South:

Take Exit #4 (Renton/Enumclaw). Drive east on Maple Valley Highway past the Maplewood Golf Course and turn left on 149th Avenue SE/Orcas Avenue. The entrance to the sports park is on your left.

From I-405 North:

Take Exit #4A (Maple Valley/Enumclaw). Drive east on Maple Valley Highway past the Maplewood Golf Course and turn left on 149th Avenue SE/Orcas Avenue. The entrance to the sports park is on your left.

Organizational Meeting

There is a mandatory Parent/Player Meeting on Thursday, January 14th - 6pm @ Jack's Bar & Grill (3901 NE 4th Street, Renton 98056).
