Liberty Board Positions:.
- Director of HS Boys Program: Coordinate all HS boys schedules, plans and coordinate with coaches throughout the season.
- Youth Director: Coordinate all Youth schedules, plans and coordinate with coaches throughout the season.
- Director of Marketing: Build awareness of Liberty Rugby by managing messaging, branding, and communications that tell our story and support registration, fundraising, and community engagement.
- Director of Recruitment: Grows participation by actively connecting with schools, community groups, and families to bring new platers into the club across all age levels.
Non-board positions
- Team Manager (all levels): Supports coaches by managing TeamSnap and parent communication, and helping with basic team logistics so practices and games run smoothly. This role keeps families informed, organized, and connected while allowing coaches to focus on player development.
- Home match volunteers: Help make game days run smoothly by assisting with filed setup, teardown, and coordinating post-match team feeds. This role is a great way to support the players, lighten the load on coaches, and contribute to a positive home field experience.
- Event volunteers and leads: Support club events and fundraisers by helping with setup, operations, and cleanup as needed. These volunteers are essential to creating fun, well-run events that support the club’s programs and long-term sustainability.
- Match Day Videographers & Photographers: Capture games and key moments to support player development, recruitment, and club storytelling. This role helps showcase our athletes, celebrate the Liberty community, and generally build content.
