Liberty Code of Conduct

Liberty Rugby Club strives to instill valuable lessons in leadership, teamwork, perseverance, physical conditioning, sportsmanship, community service and Rugby etiquette; lessons the players will carry with them as they venture out to make the world their own. We bring together students from all communities regardless of socioeconomic status and embrace the diverse culture of our players while facilitating the building of bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime.

LIBERTY RUGBY CLUB GOALS FOR ALL PLAYERS

  • HAVE FUN!!
  • Teach the Game & Culture of Rugby
  • Encourage success on and off the pitch (Rugby encourages & teaches respect, for not only the game but your opponent and yourself)
  • Create lifelong bonds with teammates & coaches not only within our club but through all clubs we play against or with.
  • Introduce players to travel by going on tours, playing teams from all over the country & on occasion other countries.
  • Encourage & promote higher level opportunities for each & every player
  • Help guide players to give back to their communities whether Club Sponsored event or on their own
  • College opportunities
    • Playing rugby in high school increases opportunities for college scholarship opportunities.
    • Every day colleges are adding rugby a Varsity Sport & providing incredible opportunities for scholarships, travel and reaching your education goals.
