What your donation & sponsorship means:

Liberty Rugby Club (a 501c3 non-profit) prides itself on ensuring all who want to play rugby get to play regardless of financial means & also offer transportation to youth limited by circumstances in their homes. Liberty Rugby Club works hard to keep registration costs at the lowest level possible. Due to significantly increased field costs, gear costs, training equipment, feeds and additional fees associated with registration, referees etc., we are unable to fund scholarships at the same level or cover some of our most basic needs to provide the top-level training we have over the years. One way we bridge the gap is through fundraising, general donations and corporate sponsorships! Your help in regard to this mission would be greatly appreciated, and the Liberty Rugby Club Board of Directors, Coaches, and players thank you for your time and consideration.

What does your sponsorship cover? (not inclusive of all)

  • Jerseys (will be replacing 5 sets in 2026) $2550.00 each set
  • Match day Trainers/First Aid kits/supplies-rough estimate $4500.00 
  • Training equipment, balls & tacking pads $3500.00 
  • Portable uprights for use on practice fields & events $3750.00 
  • Rental Costs & Maintenance costs to practice/match day fields $5700.00 
  • Scholarships we provide to youth who would otherwise not be able to afford basic dues! Estimated cost $13,500.00 
  • General Maintenance/Driver/Fuel for Van (The Guppy) that we use to transport underserved youth from Tukwila, Burien, Auburn & surrounding areas. $7500.00 Annual cost
  • Replace/repair training equipment (tackling pads/dummies, sled), balls & 2 sets portable uprights/pads $8400.00
  • Purchase of advertising/recruiting banners, sail flags, logo branded tents, custom logo wrap on equipment trailer $7850.00
  • New 12 Passenger Van (or 2) $15,000.00 each (wish list item we hope to purchase for team travel)
