As we wrap up another season, we’d love to hear from you.

Whether your family joined us for the first time this year or you’ve been part of Liberty for years, your feedback helps us continue improving the experience for our players and families.

The survey takes less than 5 minutes and will help guide planning for next season, including:

• Communication and club events
• Player and family experience
• Fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
• Recruitment and club growth
• Volunteer and board recruitment
• Future club priorities

We’re also looking for parents and supporters who may be interested in volunteering or serving on the board. All board positions are up for election this year, and the survey includes an opportunity to learn more about how you can get involved.
