Our annual Willamette Pie Fundraiser is back! Stock up on delicious pies, cobblers, and cheesecakes for the holidays while helping Liberty Rugby players earn money toward their 2027 season dues and tour fees!
How Much Can You Earn?
- 9″ Pies, Cobblers & Cheesecakes: Earn $5 per item sold
- Mini Pie 4-Packs: Earn $7 per pack sold
Players can use their fundraising earnings toward 2027 season dues and tour fees. Additional funds can also be donated to the club or used to help a teammate cover their fees!
Share a Pie, Spread Some Kindness!
One of our favorite things about this fundraiser is that you can purchase pies to donate to people in our community!
You can choose to donate pies to:
- Local VFW in Renton – Help feed veterans in need.
- Local Families in Need – Support families through a selected nonprofit organization.
- First Responders – Send a sweet treat as a thank-you for everything they do!
It’s a wonderful way to support Liberty Rugby while spreading a little extra kindness this holiday season.
How to Participate
Share the ordering link with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors! Post it on social media, send an email, or share the flyer.
IMPORTANT: Customers must enter the player’s name at checkout to ensure they receive credit for the sale!
Important Dates
- Order Deadline: November 2, 2026, at 9:00 PM
- Pie Pickup: November 16, 2026
- Location: East Renton (exact details will be emailed to customers the week of November 9)
All pies must be picked up on the scheduled distribution date, as we cannot store them long-term.
If you’re planning to pick up and deliver pies to your customers, please let our fundraising coordinator know so orders can be grouped together.
