At our annual club meeting, Liberty Rugby Club’s board, coaches, and partners came together to reflect on where we are and align on where we’re headed next.

We’re encouraged by continued growth and strong player retention, and we’re focused on building a connected, sustainable club that puts players and families first.

Our 2026 Focus Areas

  • Liberty Family – Creating more opportunities for connection across teams, including shared events with Valley Rugby and inter-team buddy programs.
  • Fields & Facilities – Continuing to advocate for access to quality home fields large enough to support our growth at all levels of play.
  • Recruitment & Growth – Increasing community presence through local events and outreach.
  • Player Experience – Planning meaningful tours and development opportunities across age groups.
  • Performance – Investing in coaching, collaboration, and competitive opportunities.

Governance & Operations

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, the board reviewed club operations and governance and has published key documents on our website, including bylaws, board roles, and policies. These resources help clarify how the club is run and how decisions are made in support of our players.

Key Dates Ahead

We also reviewed the 2026 calendar, including favorite traditions like the Chili Cookoff, Ruggerpalooza, and our end-of-season banquet. Full details are available on the club calendar.

Thank you to our coaches, volunteers, families, and partners for continuing to make Liberty Rugby a welcoming and supportive place for youth rugby. We’re excited about the year ahead.
